Pda tanggal 19, lembaga rating pemirsa AGB Nielsen Media Research melaporkan hasil rating dari episode 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal' yang ditayangkan pada malam tanggal 18, rating drama tercatat 13,1% pada peringkat nasional.

Catatan ini telah meningkat sebesar 2,2 poin dari peringkat 10,9% yang diperoleh oleh episode sebelumnya pada tanggal 12.

Alasan ini meningkat pada pemirsa diidentifikasi karena drama populer MBC 'Dong Yi' yang usai sehingga minat penonton pada 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal'lebih meningkat. Pada episode ini, Lee Seon Jun (Park YooChun) mengaku kepada Yeon Hee (Park Min Young), "Sebagai seorang pria, kamu benar-benar baik."
