Di sebuah apotek di Yongsan, Seoul, ada insiden menarik karena sejumlah besar siswa perempuan berlangganan di toko tersebut. Siswa perempuan akan datang dalam kelompok kecil ke apotek dan selalu mengatakan bahwa mereka ingin membeli seluruh kotak “Penzal Q”, lebih lanjut bertanya, “Bisakah Anda tolong beri kami poster JYJ?” Sayangnya apotek hanya memiliki satu poster dan dengan demikian tidak bisa memberikannya kepada mereka. Namun setelah itu, siswa perempuan lain masih datang meminta poster. Insiden ini terjadi berulang kali.
Apoteker Kim mengatakan, “Saya menelpon Chong Geun Dang (Farmasi) yang berkaitan tentang banyaknya kejadian dari siswa perempuan meminta poster dan dari sanalah saya tahu bahwa situasi ini terjadi secara nasional.“
Ini adalah pertama kalinya bahwa Penzal Q Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical mengajak idola sebagai model mereka. Sejak siaran CF pada bulan Oktober tahun lalu sampai sekarang, perhatian yang diterima dari setiap orang terhadap produk ini cukup nyata.
Selama periode waktu ini, Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical yang telah membenahi citra lama mereka, telah mencoba mengubah model mereka dan imej pada pengemasan mereka. Hasil dari semua kerja keras itu sangat signifikan terlihat setelah JYJ diundang sebagai juru bicara mereka. Kelompok konsumen juga telah diperluas untuk gadis belasan tahun. Bahkan, setelah JYJ menjadi model, ada peningkatan gadis-gadis muda yang mengambil Penzal Q sebagai bantuan untuk masalah haid mereka.
Perwakilan Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical menyatakan, “Sejak rilis CF pada Oktober tahun lalu, meskipun belum mendapat angka penjualan yang tepat, responnya telah sangat baik.” menggambarkan kenaikan penjualan dari Penzal Q.

In a pharmacy at Yongsan, Seoul, there have been interesting incidents due to the large number of female students patronising the shop. Female students would come in a small group to the pharmacy and always saying that they wanted to buy a whole box of Penzal Q, further asking, “Can you please give us the JYJ poster?” Sadly the pharmacy has only one poster and thus unable to give it to them. However after that, other female students still came asking for the poster. These incidents happened a lot of times.

Pharmacist Kim said, “I made a call to Chong Geun Dang (Pharmaceutical) relating about the high occurence of female students asking for the poster and from there that I knew that this situation happened nationwide.”
It is the first time that Penzal Q of Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical invited idols as their endorser. Since the broadcast of the CF in October last year till now, the attention received from everyone towards this product was rather obvious.
During this period of time, Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical who has been revamping their old image, has tried changing their endorsers and the images on their packagings. The result from all these hard work was very significantly seen after inviting JYJ as their spokesperson. The consumer group has also expanded to girls in their teens. In fact, after JYJ became the endorser, there was an increase of young girls who took Penzal Q as a relief for their menstrual problems.
Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical’s representative expressed, “Since the release of the CF in October last year, though there has yet to be an exact sales figure, the reponse has been very good.” depicting the uprising sales of Penzal Q.
