Pada tanggal 18 bulan ini, KBS merilis sebuah pernyataan resmi melalui papan pesan KBS Kantor Online tentang JYJ yang tidak mampu untuk tampil di program siaran.

KBS menyatakan sendiri pada masalah, "Masalah terus-menerus yang membuat JYJ tidak mampu untuk muncul di siaran, serta masalah hukum, menunjukkan resiko tertentu dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan dan ketertiban industri budaya. Ini adalah alasan mengapa mereka tidak dapat tampil di siaran sebelum sengketa hukum antara JYJ dan perusahaan hiburan mereka berasal berakhir melalui kompromi atau melalui putusan final Kami akan memutuskan masa depan berdasarkan penampilan putusan gugatan".

Pada tanggal 19, anggota JYJ Kim JunSu memposting kata-kata terima kasih kepada fans di Twitter pribadinya sehubungan dengan acara ini. Dia berkata, "Ketika aku bangun pagi ini, saya melihat berita ini dan itu muncul...! Kami hanya harus bekerja lebih keras lagi ^^ Kalian tahu ini bukan? Jangan sedih ..!"

Setelah itu ia terus berterima kasih, "Akan ada hari di mana kita akan dimengerti dan dipercaya ^^ Sampai saat itu tiba, jika kita tidak menyerah pada satu sama lain, bahkan jika kita hanya mempunyai (kepercayaan) itu, kita akan senang ~ Saya selalu berterima kasih kepada kalian semua!"

Pada saat yang sama, penggemar menjawab dengan kata-kata seperti "Kami senang hanya mampu mendengarkan oppa menyanyi", "Karena pikiran positip oppa, penggemar memperoleh kekuatanyang banyak" kata yang lain.

Pada catatan lain, JYJ berencana mengadakan Tour mereka di Amerika Utara secara berurutan di 4 kota, dimulai pada tanggal 20 di Vancouver, Kanada, berikut dengan New Jersey pada tanggal 22, Los Angeles pada tanggal 27, dan San Jose pada tanggal 2 Juni.

On the 18th this month, KBS released an official statement through the KBS Online Office's message board regarding JYJ being unable to appear on broadcast programmes.

KBS Entertainment Bureau expressed their own stand on the issue, "The continuous problem of JYJ being unable to appear on broadcasts, as well as the legal issues, shows the definite risk of adversely affecting the development and order of the cultural industry. This is the reason why they are unable to have any broadcast appearances before the legal dispute between JYJ and their entertainment company comes to an end via compromise or through a final judgement. We will decide on future appearances based on the verdict of the lawsuit."

On the 19th, JYJ member Kim Junsu posted words of gratitude to fans on his personal Twitter in relation to this event. He said, "When I woke up this morning, I saw this kind and that kind of news appear...! We just have to work even harder ^^ You know this right!? Do not be sad.."

At the same time, fans replied with words like "We are happy just being able to listen to you sing", "Because of your positive thinking, fans are gaining strength too" among others.

On another note, JYJ plans to hold their North American Tour consecutively in 4 cities, starting on the 20th in Vancouver, Canada, following with New Jersey on the 22nd, Los Angeles on the 27th, and San Jose on 2nd June.
